Vanilla Ice was arrested last night when his wife Laura called the police, saying that he was kicking and hitting her.
She later retracted that story and said that he just merely pushed her. I’m not buying it. It sounds like textbook domestic violence to me.
He has since been released from jail, but has been slapped with a restraining order today. He was told by the judge that he can only contact Laura via telephone and his kids, through a friend.
Laura now wants a divorce from the rapper.
Vanilla Ice is no stranger to domestic violence claims, either. He was arrested in 2004 on similar charges. He was allowed to pick up some of his personal belongings with the help of a police escort.
And to think, it all started with an argument over Laura wanting to purchase a new bedroom outfit. And he says she’s bipolar?
