Travis Barker sues Rockstar over his likeness

Travis Barker doesn’t want any type of affiliation with Rockstar beverages, especially now because he’s suing them. He is claiming that they brandished him and his trademark mohawk on their website with him holding a can of Rockstar. Barker is saying that they identified him by his picture and they’re making it seem like he endorsed their product, without his consent.

The lawsuit is also alleging invasion of privacy, unfair competition and misappropriating of Barker’s likeness to promote the product and seeks unspecified punitive and statutory damages.

I’d sue ‘em, too. That stuff tastes like crap.
