Tila Tequila To Sue Over Sex Tape?

Tila Tequila recently got on UStream and posted a naked rant of herself, complaining about ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman. But now, an old BJ tape of hers has surfaced and she doesn’t want anyone to see it. So much, that she’s planning a lawsuit against the guys who’ve posted the footage.

I don’t know why she would care now? It’s not like you can’t Google her naked and have the search engine not show you what her goodies look like. It’s old news now, Tila.

However, Tila is going to fight against the release of the video, claiming it was on the harddrive of a laptop that she had reported stolen in 2007. Her lawyer said, “A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and notice of intent to sue if it’s not removed.”

Maybe it’s because the footage shows her with a dude and she’s claiming to be a lesbian?
