The Jonas Brothers make vow of purity until marriage
The Jonas Brothers have taken a vow of purity until marriage, and they’ve made it public. At their shows, girls are screaming for them, trying to get noticed by the guys, but they won’t sway.
Nick Jonas says that the “screaming girls are awesome”, yet insists that “we always kind of stand for being a role model and trying to make a difference, and I think this is just one of our ways of kind of like being different than everybody else out there.” In that, they are referring to how all three of them wear their own purity rings as their signs of staying virgins until they marry.
While all of the other teenagers are out there trying to get drunk, do drugs, or get knocked up (hint, hint, Jamie Lynn), these brothers are taking their lives in a new direction. This is definitely a good thing, if they truly mean it.
Hopefully they’re not just putting on a show for the fans, so they can look like good role models. We’ll see when one of them has knocked up some girl…

I love the jonas brothers and i hope that they do keep their vow of purity untill they get married but i wont be suprised if it is all over the news that Joe for example is going to be a father at the age of 18. but then again they do have a stable family support unlike jamie lynn speares and brittney, so i am rooting for those Jonas Boys!!

i think its pretty cool how they arn’t being like other celebs and go do all that stuff. they are good christian boys, thats why i love them so much. i think that they are keeping their promises to god. i have a purity ring myself. i feel like with the purity ring i won’t lose myself or my self control. and i feel alot closer to god. & i think that is one way jb is staying grounded so much.
