It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a truly great actor. Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away Monday morning at the age of 54-years-old. So sad.
He was an awesome actor who became known for being a “gentle giant”. He started out doing bodyguard work for the likes of Will Smith and Notorious B.I.G. but left that when Biggie got shot. Since, the acting bug bit him and he got his big break in The Green Mile.
He had suffered from a heart attack back in July and never fully recovered from that. He was in the company of his fiancee Omarosa Manigault and her mother in his hospital room. Omarosa had left the room for a short while and when she came back, he was gone.
They had really kept the lid on their relationship status as most didn’t know that they were gearing up to be married in January. His rep said, “Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date.”
