Taylor Swift had just gone public with her song Dear John in which she dissed former boyfriend John Mayer, so you can imagine how uncomfortable it was for her to run into him at a Hollywood restaurant.
On Tuesday, she and John were both at the Tower Bar inside West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel — in separate groups. The former couple avoided any kind of confrontation over the song when Taylor asked to be moved to the other side of the bar.
A source said, “Taylor very visibly – in front of the entire restaurant – demanded to be moved to the other side. The bar’s usually an oasis of calm and privacy for celebrities and power players, but this was drama central.”
Can you really blame her? He was obviously a giant douche to her, so I don’t blame for her getting revenge in song form. Was anyone really that surprised that she wrote about their relationship? Any guy who’s looking to get into a relationship with Taylor should expect that…don’t you think?
