Snoop Dogg says that he requires a lot of weed and ladies around him in order to create the right ambiance for him to pen new songs. Ha. That’s just like Snoop!
He recently announced that he wanted to join American Idol as a judge and even insisted that he would clean up his act, but now says that he needs a certain kind of inspiration for writing tracks. He said, “To write rap I’ve got to smoke a lot of weed. I need some music, old music, R&B, hip hop, anything that’s 70′s, 80′s, 60′s, something that’s inspiring, then I’ve got to have a couple of females around for inspiration.”
He went on to say, “It’s a sport to me, because it’s like you’re driving me to want to out-do you. It’s like if I saw you doing a three sixty kick on a skateboard, I gotta do a seven twenty, just to outdo you. My style of rap, I’m going to say is Tae-Kwon-Do.”
He has also changed his name to Snoop Lion in order to release his reggae album….will you listen to that? Or should Snoop just stick to rap?
