If you were like us, then you must’ve seen the announcement that Britney Spears joining The X Factor and thought that she would surely bring the crazy to television. We were sure thinking that Simon Cowell was counting on that exact same thing when he signed Britney on to do the show. Hey, if he’s wrong, then no harm no foul — he got Britney Spears. But if he’s right, then it will make for some excellent television, right?
He told TMZ that he’s not worried at all about Britney falling apart on the show. In fact, whatever she does will be ratings gold according to the music mogul. What’s interesting about the Britney and Demi Lovato being judges thing is that Britney collected a cool $15 million, while Demi only scored the bargain basement price of one million. The crazy pays, doesn’t it?
