Sienna Miller wins $78,970 in damages against Big Pictures for harassment
Sienna Miller sued Big Pictures and its founder Darryn Lyons for harassment after the agency followed her around and took intrusive pictures and published them.
Sienna won $78,970 in damages from Big Pictures, after they settled with her earlier today. The case was set to go to trial in London on January 19th, but both sides agreed to the settlement, thus ending the litigation.
Good for her for suing the agency who made her look like a slut. I can understand to a certain degree, however, that everone needs some degree of privacy. And if your life is on public display constantly, I can imagine that it would get old fast.
