Shawne Merriman Countersues Tila Tequila

Now that Tila Tequila has hooked up with Casey Johnson and can afford to splash around in cash, her ex-boyfriend is counter-suing her.

Tila sued him over their scuffle, claiming that he beat her black and blue. Now, Shawne Merriman has counter-sued her, accusing her of spreading lies about his alleged domestic abuse to damage his repuation and ruin his career.

He is hitting back (not literally) at Tila, claiming that she posted nothing but lies on her website about his alleged violent behavior and involvement with drugs, teens, and sex.

He’s suing for intentional interference with contract and unfair competition after he lost out on a t-shirt deal, along with trademark infringement.
