Sharon Osbourne has announced that she is leaving her long-time post as judge on America’s Got Talent. There is a lot of judge shuffling going on these days, isn’t there?
She announced her departure from the show on Tuesday, leaving fans to wonder her reasoning behind it. She took to her Twitter account to say, “Money is not the reason I’m not returning. It’s because”, but then she did not offer up any reasonable explanation. Could it be that something is up with Ozzy and she wants to take care of him? Or could she have gotten a better offer somewhere else?
Network Chairman Robert Greenblatt said, “This is coming out of context and sort of spontaneously, and we don’t even know what’s going on. And it’s probably much ado about nothing.”
Her Twitter message came after someone posted on Howard Stern’s radio show account that he may not return. The tweet said, “Agt update: Howard Stern isn’t sure if he’ll do another season and says Sharon Osbourne may not come back unless she gets more money.”
Who do you think should replace Sharon? And Howard, for that matter, if he doesn’t return?
