Sharon Osbourne hosts charity auction & tosses $60k ring into crowd
Now that’s generous! Sharon Osbourne was hosting a charity fundraiser for the Elton John AIDS Foundation as part of the 20th anniversary of World Aids Day at London’s G-A-Y club, when she spontaneously tossed the diamond ring into the crowd.
Christmas came early for the person lucky enough to catch that. Sharon raised $800,000 for her Colon Cancer program. Congrats to Sharon! Finally celebrities who use their status to promote research on what can be done for AIDS and cancer.
My hat is off to her.
