Britney Spears’ friend/manager/hanger-on Sam Lutfi was deposed today by Mark Vincent Kaplan, in Britney’s child custody case.
Sam was said to have been avoiding the deposition for months, evading being served by Kevin Federline’s goons.
In August of 2007, Kaplan sent a former Israeli commando to serve Lutfi with a subpoena. The commando, Aaron Cohen even boxed in Lutfi’s car, to no avail.
Kaplan is trying to gather information in depositions from Britney’s former associates to prepare for the child custody trial in April. Kevin Federline is trying to win primary physical custody of the children.
Hopefully Britney can get her act together by then!!!
