Rihanna was at a tattoo parlor in New York City when she decided to ink some umbrellas and little Rs on customers there.
Rihanna ended up tattooing three of East Side Ink’s artists, and none of them cared whether or not she was licensed. And, she isn’t.
The NYC law department may have something to say about it, though. Rihanna could be charged with three misdemeanors for the offenses and may have to pay $1,800 total for all three tats.
The tattoo shop could also face a penalty if they become the subject of an investigation.
