President Obama Stumped By Snooki & Mel Gibson

President Obama appeared on today’s episode of “The View” and they discussed all kinds of important stuff – and some not so important.

The Commander in Chief revealed that he was aware that Lindsay Lohan is in jail, but also said that he doesn’t know who Snooki is. And when asked about whether or not Mel Gibson needs anger management, the Prez said he hadn’t seen a Mel Gibson movie in years. Way to deflect there, Barack.

And a little white lie that he told was about the pride of “Jersey Shore”, Snooki. When asked if Snooki should run for Mayor of Wasilla, he said, “I gotta admit, I dunno who Snooki is.”

We know that’s a lie because during the White House Correspondents Dinner, he joked, “This next provision is called the Jersey Shorah. It reads, ‘The following individuals shall be excluded from the indoor tanning tax within this bill: Snooki, JWOWW, The Situation and House minority leader John Boehner.”

And if you were left scratching your head as to why the President would pick that show of all of them to talk about anything, then you’re not alone. Rosie O’Donnell wasn’t feeling the best about his appearance, either.

She scoffed, “I don’t really think sitting presidents should go do fluffy daytime TV shows. Maybe an hour on Oprah or something. I don’t really want to see him on The View, although I’m happy for them.”
