Paris Hilton gets booed on stage at Crystal Audigier’s birthday party at Kress

Paris Hilton got rid of Benji Madden so that she could go back to her old self and party it up. Unfortunately for her, when she was set to take the stage to introduce the Pussycat Dolls, her welcome was less than friendly and probably not what she expected.

She was booed so terribly at Kress over the weekend when she was at Crystal Audigier’s birthday party. When Audigier took the stage and asked the crowd, “Do you want to see Paris Hilton?” A spy on the scene said, “The entire room, which had just cheered when they thought Britney Spears was coming – booed loudly. Paris was practically in tears and left without taking the stage.”

So much for partying it up. Perhaps her star is finally fading? Or maybe her fans liked her better when she was with Benji? I mean, I’d boo, too, if I thought Britney Spears was going to take the stage, yet found out we got Paris instead. Wouldn’t you?
