TMZ is reporting that the O.C. star, Mischa Barton was pulled over at 2:45AM for straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal when making a turn. When deputies approached the car, they found that she was under the influence of alcohol and didn’t actually have a driver’s license!
They have her in custody on $10,000 bail and the authorities are saying that she is being very cooperative.
