Michael Lohan set his daughter Lindsay up for an impromptu intervention on Friday and then was brutally rebuffed by the actress. We’re guessing that he’s not going to win Father of the Year anytime soon…
Everyone on her management team was on board with the intervention attempt, including her lawyers and her manager. There are emails between Lindsay’s manager, her entertainment lawyer and her attorney Shawn Holley all detailing out how everyone was all for the plan of staging the intervention.
Mike emailed her lawyers on September 23rd, claiming that he was told by several people that his daughter was “drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day”, adding, “I have seen the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau.”
Mike then said, “She is AGAIN, taking pills to keep her up and to sleep (adderall)!! I even know that she is and was drinking during work as far back as Liz and Dick! I am asking you to PLEASE PLEASE find a way to get her to LA toward the end of the first week of October or the beginning of the second so we can do an intervention and FINALLY end this madness!”
When Mike showed up to confront Lindsay, she told him to get lost and then promptly called the cops.
