Michael Lohan was arrested on Monday night after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, Kate Major.
Kate filed a police report Monday night claiming that they got into an argument that turned physical. She also had marks on her from whatever he did to her.
Cops located Michael and arrested him. Apparently it all started at Michael’s apartment, where Kate showed up to collect her belongings. He showed up and went nuts when he found out that she was leaving him.
She told police that they started arguing and she turned her back on him. Afterward, he grabbed her and threw her across the room, causing her to hit the bedpost with her left shoulder. When she threatened to call the police, she claims he took a towel and began choking her. She also said that he threatened to cut himself with a razor blade and then blame her for it.
Michael was picked up, but was taken to the hospital after complaining of chest pains. Of course, beating women really does take the wind out of you, doesn’t it? Loser.
