Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff have split up for real this time. Karina’s rep confirmed it to People.com that they have, indeed, called it quits.

Her spokesperson says, “Karina has parted ways with her two year relationship with Mario Lopez. The relationship wasn’t heading in the right direction.”

Mario issued this statement through his rep, “Karina and I have the utmost respect for each other. She is a phenomenal and talented woman. I support her always and feel blessed to have her in my life.”

Rumors were abuzz in April that they had parted ways, but they said that just wasn’t true. But, now it is. They made a cute couple, of course it’s because Mario is super hot. I bet Perez Hilton would look georgeous next to Mario. Just sayin’.
