Lynne Spears tells all about Britney’s sex and drug filled lifestyle as a teenager

Britney Spears’ mother Lynne is in no danger of winning Mother of the Year anytime soon, that’s for sure.

What started out as a parenting book, turned into a Britney tell all. According to mom Lynne, Britney was drinking at 13, having sex at 14, and doing drugs at 15.

After joining the Mickey Moust Club, Britney first hit the bottle. She was 14 when she lost her virginity to an 18-year-old man soon after she quit the show. Soon after, she let Britney sleep with Justin Timberlake. All of the while, she was maintaining the virgin image. She reportedly had her first taste of drugs when she went to L.A. to record Baby One More Time.

Lynne says that she regrets handing over control of Britney’s career to managers and allowing her to be promoted as a sex object in her videos. She believes that Britney’s wild behavior as a teen star is the root of her current issues.

So maybe this is Lynne’s way of breaking free from all of the guilt that she suffers from? Subjecting your daughter to such things that you believe caused her mental breakdown has to be a heavy weight to carry. Maybe this is her way of saying that she’s sorry for the way things ended up and that she wishes she was a more hands on parent?

Or, maybe she just wants the money. That’s going to be my guess.
