Lindsay Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig has had enough! He has apparently quit being her publicist, now that her father has intervened in her life. This poor guy has had to make excuse after excuse, calling every rumor to surface about Lindsay “ridiculous”, but now he has given up! Can you blame him?
He said of his quitting, “It was last night. I really feel very firmly that it’s private and I don’t want to say anything.”
He aided her publicity or “spin control” during her theft case, has helped try to get her career back on track through her Liz And Dick comeback and has defended her throughout everything that has been thrown in her general direction.
It was said that his quitting was because of a beef with her father Michael Lohan. He said that when he staged her intervention, that her entire team was on board. Since, Steve has released a statement saying that wasn’t true. Still, Lindsay is a mess financially and has made poor business decisions with regard to her money. Who is going to help her steer the media now?
