On Friday, Lindsay Lohan was driving her rented Porsche down the Pacific Coast Highway when she smacked into the back end of an 18-wheeler. Of course, upon colliding with the truck, she immediately beat feet and then ran to the media to blame the truck driver. Of course, this random guy is only out for his fifteen minutes of fame, right? Lindsay is never to blame for her cracktastic shenanigans. NEVER!
TMZ reported that Lindsay said that the truck driver guy cut her off. He, in turn, went to the media to call BS on her statement. In fact, he said that he didn’t cut her off and that she was flying down the highway and smacked into him. He said that Lindsay and her assistant left the scene after entering a black SUV that was trailing behind Lindsay. He also revealed that Lindsay’s people tried to bribe him to keep this mess hush hush because she’s famous. What was even more telling was that her assistant grabbed a pink bag and stuffed it full of something before telling the truck driver not to mention that to the cops.
The latest gossip is that Lindsay is now claiming that the brakes on the car have failed her and that was the culprit behind the crash. Of course it’s the brakes, she wouldn’t be able to take responsibility for anything — especially something that is clearly her fault.
