Lindsay Lohan Sends Her Dad A Cease & Desist Letter

What do you do when you’re a famous partier movie actress like Lindsay Lohan and your dad starts selling off all of your crap? You sue, of course.

According to reports, Michael has gotten ahold of her diary entries from the time she was in rehab at the Cirque Lodge. And, in the spirit of cashing in on his famous daughter, he’s been trying to sell her memoirs. So classy, this guy.

The cease and desist letter she sent her father, states that she had no idea that he was in possession of her diary and insists that he stop trying to sell it off. She also states that she never gave him any kind of permission to sell or distribute it.

If he goes through with the sale, Lindsay will seek legal action against him for what she calls a “grave invasion of privacy.”

I don’t blame her, it was a total douche move on his part.
