Lindsay Lohan is a fur thief!

Okay, so maybe she didn’t exactly steal the mink coat that belonged to college student, Masha Markova, but Lindsay Lohan sure didn’t mind helping herself to borrowing the coat –for three weeks!!

The two were at the same party at 1Oak in January, when Masha checked her coat along with the other attendees. When the club was unable to produce her coat at the end of the night, she thought $11,000 blond mink was gone for good.

Then, she flipped through the pages of a gossip rag, only to find that Lindsay Lohan was wearing her coat.

So, Markova’s lawyer, Merrill Cohen, called Lohan’s attorney, Blair Berk, and threatened legal action. Hours later, 1Oak phoned.

Said Markova: “They were very discreet, never mentioned a name or even the word ‘coat.’ They just said, ‘We’re going to bring you something.’”

Two days later, the coat, smelling of cigarettes and booze, arrived at her apartment with a tear in the lining. And while Markova is pleased with the return of her mink – which she subsequently dry-cleaned and patched up – she wants Lohan to apologize – and pay at least $10,000 in a “rental” fee.

Will Lindsay pony up the cash for returning this girl’s coat in worse condition than she found it. Or will she even acknowledge the theft in the first place, considering she walked in with a black coat and walked out with a blond mink?
