Lindsay Lohan goes to New York to visit her sick grandfather

Lindsay Lohan and her pal Samantha Ronson have flown to Long Island, New York, so that Lindsay can be with her sick grandfather.

Grandpa Richard Lohan is in intensive care at North Shore University Hospital and is terminally ill. He is suffering from colon cancer and Lindsay cleared her schedule (paparazzis and photo shoots?) to spend Easter weekend with him.

Michael Lohan says, “Right now, he’s really been broken down by this disease. We’re going to get together, and I’m very sure we’ll drive over to visit him. I’m sure that will make him happy.”
