Lindsay Lohan got into a confrontation at a hotel recently when a man used his cell phone to snap a ton of pictures of her without her permission. He ended up allegedly assaulting her at the W Hotel in Manhattan’s Union Square over what was said to be fifty photos that he’d taken of her.
Now, Lindsay is opening up about the incident, calling it scary and saying that she is still in shock. We can’t say that we blame her, we would be weirded out and scared if we were attacked, as well. Unfortunately for Lindsay, the police deemed that she was unable to prove the attack ever happened and therefor let the guy go. Ugh.
Christian LaBella, the alleged attacker, was arrested after she called 911. He was charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment, but the charges were later dropped. Now, she is opening up about her outrage that he was let off the hook.
When speaking about the incident, she said, “He isn’t going to get away with this. I’m in shock and it was a really scary situation.”
So it’s okay for her to get away with nearly everything that she has done over the years, but when she’s wronged, she’s out for revenge?
