On December 12th, Lindsay Lohan arrived back at the Betty Ford Center roughly ten minutes after her curfew. So the staffer reportedly scolded her and demanded that she take a drug and alcohol test. Lindsay claims that the staffer put her hands on her, so she pushed her back.
Now, the staffer is demanding that criminal battery charges be brought against the actress. At the time of the incident, the staffer notified authorities of a “hand to hand” battery charge.
This could totally screw things up for Lindsay, who is still on probation over her DUI from 2007. If she is convicted of battery, she could get up to 180 days in jail.
According to reports, Lindsay passed the drug and alcohol test as ordered by the staffer.
