Lily Allen’s grandmother passed away & she still played at Glastonbury

Lily Allen

Lily Allen’s grandmother passed away on Saturday, which prompted festival organizers to think that she wouldn’t appear as scheduled on Sunday night. Lily showed them that the show must go on when she showed up and sang her little heart out.

She dedicated her song “Littlest things” to her grandma as she told the crowd, “My Nana Allen died last night. This is for Nana Allen. I love you.”

That is so sad. Rest in peace, Nana Allen.

I don’t know how she did it. If your grandmother passed, would you even be able to think about anything else? The poor thing, I guess she must have thought it therapeutic to get out there in the crowd and perform.
