Levi Johnston Is Suing For Custody Of Son, Tripp

Levi Johnston claims that Sarah Palin has been keeping him from seeing his son, Tripp. In a recent interview, Levi said, “She has a big impact on what Bristol does and thinks. Bristol looks up to Sarah. I don’t know why they just don’t want me in his life.”

He goes on to reveal that he’s taking the matter to court, in an attempt to fight for joint custody of his child. As far as Sarah is concerned, he says, “She ain’t nothing. Just because she ran for Vice President and was the Governor of Alaska, doesn’t intimidate me. Sarah has no legal thing on Tripp, she’s just the grandmother.”

He adds, “By the end of the year we’re gonna go to court for joint custody. I’m just done with it. When there’s a kid involved, you ain’t walking away.”

He’s not the most intelligent sounding person on the planet, but he does have a point. If he is paying child support, (which I will contribute to, thanks to Playgirl), then he does have the right to be around his son.
