On October 14th, Leona Lewis attended a book signing for her new autobiography, “Dreams”, when a random guy approached her and punched her in the head.
The perp, Peter Kowalczyk, was arrested and charged with assault, after Leona fled the scene wearing sunglasses and crying. He had already been sent to a mental health facility and could not attend his court date to answer the charges against him.
He must undergo further psychiatric evaluations to determine if he’s able to stand trial. He returns to court on November 23rd, where a judge will determine how to proceed.
She should just be allowed to hit him back as hard as she can. Why on Earth would you waste a trip to jail punching Leona Lewis when so many other people deserve it far worse. She’s nothing but a nice person, from what I gather. Why not hit a politician???
