Kim Kardashian’s ex Kris Humphries is being sued by a woman named Kayla Goldberg for allegedly giving her herpes. She claims that she met Kris in August 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe in Los Angeles. She says that he came onto her and after going to Trousdsale nightclub, they ended up having sex. She also says that during some part of their encounter, he didn’t use protection.
She says that a week after hooking up, she was diagnosed with herpes. She is suing Kris for sexual battery, because she says that he knew he had the disease but never told her.
Technically, if he had the herp before he and Kim got together, that would mean that Kim would have it too, no? We all know that TMZ is Team Kardashian — and they were first to report the news…So why would they go out of their way to try to point the herpes finger at Kris if it would just do the same to Kim? I mean, isn’t Harvey on Kim’s payroll?!?
