The following took place between the hours of 1am and 4am.
Kiefer Sutherland, otherwise known as 24′s badass Jack Bauer, was arrested in Los Angeles this morning for drunken driving. Officers pulled him over at around 1am after seeing him make an illegal U-turn. Sutherland was then given a breath test and was found to be over the state’s legal blood alcohol limit of .08 percent. He was arrested on misdemeanor DUI charges and taken to Hollywood police station. He was released around 4am after posting $25,000 bail.
I have to say, I’m a little disappointed he actually posted bail. I would have much rather heard that he’d incapacitated two officers and escaped in a stolen patrol car.
