In case you missed it, Kid Rock was ranting about not getting paid enough for his music from iTunes and said to boycott them…and he encouraged people to steal his music, because he’s rich.
Now he’s backtracking. After realizing that he’s a celebrity and possible role model for kids, he says now that he was just joking.
He says, “I was just trying to have some fun with it.”
I bet. Or could it be because when he was encouraging people to steal laptops and other merchandise, he was afraid (after the buzz wore off) that some kid in Paducah, Kentucky was going to steal an iPod and blame him for it?
