Kevin Federline’s attorney isn’t buying Britney’s anxiety excuse

Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is not buying the excuse that Britney Spears used to get out of going to her deposition. He is calling BS on the whole “paparazzi anxiety” excuse. He has said that the matter would probably be addressed in court in thirty days.
