It’s hard to say what exactly Kelly Osbourne was trying to channel in her look for Saturday night’s Art of Elysium Heaven Gala. Creepy? Weird? Old lady? Creepy, weird old lady?!? We’re not sure.
The dress she was wearing to the event was rather “meh”, but what had us scratching our heads was that hair — AND THAT FACE. Holy crap. What happened to Kelly? It’s like she got mangled by an Oompa Loompa on the way to get a Cruella DeVille hairdo.
And can you believe she’s on a show called Fashion Police?!? WEARING THIS?!??
Why is she trying so hard to change her hair? It was great the way it was and more natural looking. This makes her look like she’s in a competition for the role of a sixties matriarch…you know, someone her mother might play? Just sayin’. What did you think of this look on Kelly?
