Katy Perry and John Mayer weren’t really dating for too long, but apparently all of that is over as they have decided to call it quits on their brief union. The former couple went out together on several dates, but things just didn’t seem to work out.
A source said, “They’ll end up as friends. They were honestly having fun. People made it out to be far more than it was.”
Among their dates, they went out to the Chateau Marmont, along with a birthday party at a friend’s home in Hollywood. A source who saw them together said that they seemed like a good couple. The spywitness said, “They almost acted like they’ve been a couple for a long time. It definitely didn’t seem like a new relationship.”
Previously, Katy was married to Russell Brand and most recently dated Robert Ackroyd. This is good news for Katy, because we totally think she could better than this douche. Who should she date next?
