Justin Bieber really wants to dive right into this whole acting thing. It wasn’t enough that he had a guest appearance on CSI alongside Marg Helgenberger (she called him a “brat”) and of course his 3D movie raked in some dough for the singer. Apparently, he really wants to get further into a more deep role.
Reportedly, the Biebz is in talks with Mark Wahlberg as he prepares to star in his first real Hollywood movie. The details of the movie’s plot are being kept under wraps for the time being, but Justin is said to be keen on making the jump from music to movies.
In a new interview with Britain’s Live magazine, he revealed, “I’m going to do movies. I’m talking to Mark Wahlberg about my first big movie.”
His 3D movie grossed $98 million worldwide, so we think his first “big movie” is already under his belt. That was successful because he was actually playing himself. His part in CSI was a success because he was playing a teenage punk. What we’re wondering is can he carry an entire movie on his own star power alone, playing something more out-of-the-box? What do you think?
