Apparently Jon and Kate Gosselin are able to put their differences behind them and actually get along. Who knew?!? Not us, that’s for sure. These two have taken any available opportunity to take a figurative stab at each other, but they’re getting more mature about their situation. It’s about time, really, considering that they have eight kids together.
In a new interview with Ann Curry on Today, Kate said that she and Jon have made peace with each other and are now working together to raise their children. She said, “I can honestly say it’s more peaceful than it’s ever been. I feel that a really big weight has been lifted off my shoulders.”
She went on to say, “He’s really been positive and more available and it’s just less stressful. I feel like he’s been working with me more, and the kids notice it. And that’s good. Because I’ve always just wanted that peace for them and we’re finally to a point where it’s happening.”
She added, “I can take that emotional energy that was so wasted in that area and put it back towards the kids and taking care of them.”
