This story just keeps on taking interesting turns. To catch you up, Jayde Nicole claimed that Joe Francis pulled her hair and beat the crap out of her at Guys & Dolls. When they got outside, Brody Jenner started a fist fight with Joe and left Jayde sitting there on the ground, having said that she would file a lawsuit against Joe for his attack.
Now, the shoe is on the other foot, because Joe is suing both of them. He is suing Jayde because he says that she threatened to kill him during the nightclub brawl. He said that he saw her grabbing out a bottle to carry out her plan, so he pulled her hair in his own defense.
According to TMZ:
Francis is now suing both Brody and Jayde for battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and false light — because after the bar incident, Francis claims the two lied when they recounted the incident to a TMZ cameraman who was outside the club.
Really nice. How is this man going to really try and say that he was scared of Jayde? I just aint buyin’ it. Are you?
