Jessica Simpson is being sued for $10 million over fitness video

Jessica Simpson doesn’t care about fat people!

Jessica Simpson and her father, Joe, are being sued for $10 million by fitness video company, Speedfit. Apparently, Jessica blocked the sale of the DVD by neglecting to give it her final approval.

After signing a multi-million dollar contract, Jessica recorded a workout tape for Speedfit, shortly before shooting her role as Daisy Duke in the movie Dukes of Hazzard.

Jessica then changed her mind about the release of the tape, so they banned it.

Speedfit owner Alex Astilean has filed suit against Jessica and Joe after failing to secure a $10 million settlement, last year.

“They are hurting millions of fat people in America!” Astilean said. “I believe that very strongly — they held the video for years!”

Wow, now I surely wouldn’t buy the video after he made that remark.
