Jennifer Garner gets a restraining order against her stalker, Steven Burky

Jennifer Garner has a crazy stalker, Steven Burky. This guy is so nuts that he’s sent the actress letter after letter telling her how much he loves her and that he received a vision in 2006 showing ill will towards her as a result of her Christian beliefs. Okay, and we thought Britney was crazy?

Jennifer says in the restraining order that she feels that he’s threatening her and her family. According to court papers, she says, “Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me,” sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country.” She adds that within the past year it’s gotten worse, saying, “His obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”

In the letters, Burky talks about visiting her home and Jennifer’s maid giving him lunch. Of his vision of Jen, he said that “God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death.”

In the court order, Jen says, “I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born.”

Steven Burky is currently under a 5150 hold at a hospital. The LAPD are also investigating the case. If I were Ben Affleck, I’d smack the bejeezus out of that guy.
