Hulk Hogan was miffed when a short clip of his sex tape with Heather Clem hit the internet. But, we’re guessing that he’s even more angry now that he can’t get the tape off of the internet.
The Hulkster has lost his bid for a temporary injunction against Gawker for posting the short clip of his romp with his best friend’s (at the time) wife. Earlier this month, the footage was published on their website, leaving Hulk feeling embarrassed and called it a “low point” in his life.
Since, he has launched lawsuits at Bubba the Love Sponge, his wife Heather and Gawker over the sex tape’s release. However, the judge in the case has ruled against Hulk over the ban of the footage while the legal action is pending.
The judge said, “Upon consideration, Plaintiff has failed to show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss or damage will result before Defendants can be heard in opposition.”
All of the parties are due back in court on November 8, 2012. Should Gawker have to remove the footage featuring Hulk and Heather? What do you think?
