Howard K. Stern Suing Over Gay Claims
Former Fox News personality, Rita Cosby said that Anna Nicole Smith’s boyfriend Howard K. Stern had a homosexual fling. Apparently that’s enough to get you sued by the Anna Nicole hanger-on. And it wasn’t just anyone that she said he had a gay encounter with, it was Anna’s baby daddy Larry Birkhead.
We were all thinking it, she’s just the one who happened to say it.
Stern is claiming that Cosby’s comment was defamatory and is suing her for $60 million. She responded to the court filing, saying, engaging in a homosexual tryst, even if videotaped, does not reflect poorly on someone and in the 21st century it most certainly is not a criminal lewd act.
She only made $485,000 from the book and it sold poorly. Where’s she going to get 60 mil from?

Rita Cosby is greedy liar who wrote a book of lies called “Blonde Ambition”.Rita and her publisher will pay for their wrongdoings.Lies cannot prevail.The truth is on Howard’s side and he will win.

Completely ridiculous. Not only do I find fault with Stern’s bringing this lawsuit, but I find fault with the fact that he, most likely, intends to use his “winnings” to fund other abusive lawsuits. Number one on that list: the suit that Anna Nicole filed in pursuit of money from her deceased husband (yes, that is still working its way through the 9th Circuit- God Bless the American Justice System!)
When the court rules against Stern, I hope that they also impose sanctions to discourage others against this sort of suit.
