Homicide ruled out in Daniel Smith case

The Bahamian court who is conducting the inquest into Anna Nicole Smith’s son Daniel has turned up that he was definitely not the victim of a homicide.
So far, the cause of death is still pretty much up in the air. The court has four options to consider: maybe it was an accident, “misadventure”, which means “a hazardous course of action which ended fatally” (ie: accident), non-dependent drug use, or they can issue an open verdict, which means that they could not reach a decision.
Daniel Smith passed away at the young age of 20 in September of 2006 from an accidental overdose of Methadone, Zoloft, and Lexapro.
