Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s marriage may be on the rocks and good wifey Gwynnie is staying with her man in London in work on it, or so we’ve heard.
A close pal of the couple’s says that they are “trying to make their marriage better.” The insider also added that “she’s staying overseas until the holidays are over.” She typically hosts events for charity, but is forgoing them in order to work on the marriage. Her friend also said, “Gwyneth says she’s totally fine. She’s used the phrase ‘perfectly happy’ a bunch of times, and refuses to read any of the tabloid tales to the contrary.”
The pal also said that Madonna might be an influence on Gwyneth’s marriage. Because Madonna is recently divorced, it would be likely for people to assume that it would influence her best friend’s marriage, as well. Both parties have denied the claims that Madonna is an influence, calling them “complete nonsense.”
Do you think Gwyneth’s marriage is in trouble? I think something is going to happen after next year when Chris Martin will no longer really be considered a rock star. He plans to disband Coldplay by the end of next year. After that, I think Gwyneth will get bored as being the most popular out of the two. Besides, she had Brad Pitt, she could definitely do way better than Chris.

Brad Pitt…he may be a decent actor, but Chris is the real talent! I never understood this match…I am indifferent in relation to them staying together or separating. She could never do any better…
Besides, if she was with Brad she would spend her time waiting for him to fall for his next co-star.
