Felicity Huffman recently called her Desperate Housewives co-star Eva Longoria Parker “fat” in an attempt to diffuse rumors of a pregnancy. She says that she regrets calling her fat and says that she got into a lot of trouble for it.
She says, “Oh my God! I got in such trouble for that line! I came to the reading the other day and she walked in the door and I went, ‘Are you mad at me? Are you mad at me?’ She’s like, ‘No, it’s funny.’”
It doesn’t sound to me like the perfect picture of regret, it sounds like she’s only sorry because she got in trouble for it. Right? At least Eva is a good sport about the whole thing. Even though you know she probably ran home to Tony, cussing out Felicity the whole time for calling her fat.
