Erika Van Pelt underwent a drastic makeover on American Idol, but it wasn’t enough to save her from elimination on Wednesday night.
Erika belted out New York State Of Mind on Tuesday night’s show. She was coached by Diddy, like the rest of the contestants this week. She was given the ultimate makeover and looked every bit the part of our next American Idol.
When it came down to it, she was in the bottom three with Heejun Han and DeAndre Brackensick.
The audience enjoyed the performance, but in the end, she was given the boot. She tried singing for the judges to use their only save of the season, but that didn’t work out for her either.
