Eric Dane & Rebecca Gayheart Suing Over Leaked Nude Video

Remember that leaked nude video of Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart? Well, they do, and they’re suing mad over it!

The couple are suing Gawker Media, LLC, along with reporter Mark Ebner, who posted the video on the site, uncensored. The video showed Eric, Rebecca and friend Kari Ann Peniche, during a stay at Kari’s apartment.

The lawsuit states that Ebner acquired the tape, gave it to Gawker and posted it on the internet. I don’t know who gave it to Gawker, but that’s where I saw McSteamy’s doctor parts. They said that the showing of the tape violated their copyright, as they’ve registered it.

According to the suit, “In brazen disregard for Plaintiff’s legal rights and personal privacy, Gawker not only refused to comply…but went on to maliciously distribute an uncensored copy of the video. Plaintiffs, who were partially and sometimes fully disrobed in the video, recorded it behind locked doors in Peniche’s bedroom. ”

They are seeking damages in excess of $1 million. Snap. Hope Gawker’s got deep pockets!
