Donny Osmond Wins Mirror Ball Trophy On ‘Dancing With The Stars’

Donny Osmond and partner Kym Johnson walked away winners on “Dancing With The Stars” last night. It was the season finale and it was down to the top three, Kelly Osbourne, Mya, and Donny.

It was widely believed that Kelly would walk away with the Dancing trophy due to the changes that she’s made within herself during the entire competition. But really, the good folks at ABC just really wanted Ozzy and the finale so that they could pan the camera to him at the mention of his daughter. Give them that proud look, papa!

Mya was robbed of the title, after having performed the most consistently over the entire show. She got the most perfect scores out of all three, yet it was Donny’s final dance that did it for him on Monday.

It’s not a dancing competition anymore, it’s a popularity contest. Donny has more fans. How else could he have won? He was good, sure, but he wasn’t that good.
